Индивидуальный предприниматель Морозов Артем Алексеевич (Tax ID 164492071280), registered in the register of personal data operators of Roskomnadzor under number 16-25-045396, carries out the processing of personal data in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data that we receive from users when using the CHBT service - a chatbot constructor for instant messengers (Telegram, MAX, VK) and an online chat widget for a website hosted on websites chbt.io and app.chbt.io.

1. Protection of personal data in accordance with Federal Law-152

ИП Морозов А.А. complies with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and other regulations of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.

• The operator is registered in the register of personal data operators of Roskomnadzor (registration number 16-25-045396).
• The processing of personal data is carried out on legal grounds: with the consent of the subject, for the execution of a contract (provision of service) and in other cases provided for by law.
• We process only the data that is necessary for registration, service operation, user support, billing and improving the quality of services.
• To protect personal data, legal, organizational and technical measures are used: restricting access, encrypting transmission channels (HTTPS), backup, recording actions with data, updating software.
• Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases where it is necessary to provide the service (for example, payment systems or computing infrastructure providers), for statistics of visits and calculation of payments for our advertising to the extent described in sections 4 and 6, or when the transfer is expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• The storage period for personal data is determined by the purposes of processing and legal requirements. Upon achievement of the goals, the data is destroyed or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by law.

2. What data do we process?

• When registering and using the service ИП Морозов А.А. processes the following personal data of the user: last name, first name, patronymic, telephone number, email address, as well as other data provided voluntarily by the user.
• During the operation of the service, technical data is automatically collected: IP address, cookie data, technical characteristics of equipment and software.
• For chat bots and online chat to work, instant messenger user IDs, conversation messages, as well as contact and other data collected by the bots and user widgets themselves are processed.

3. Processing of user customer data (processing on behalf of)

The user who creates a chat bot or online chat using the service independently determines the purposes and composition of the data collected from his clients and in relation to such data is the operator of personal data. ИП Морозов А.А. processes data of the user's clients on his behalf and in his interests to the extent necessary for the functioning of the service (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152).

It is the User's responsibility to ensure that there is a legal basis for the collection and processing of its customers' data, including obtaining the necessary consents and providing the required notices. ИП Морозов А.А. is not responsible for the legality of the user’s collection of his clients’ data.

4. Purposes and data transfer

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of registration and authorization, provision of service services, technical support, invoicing and payment acceptance, improving the quality of service, as well as assessing the effectiveness of our advertising.

The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out only to the extent necessary for these purposes, in particular: to the payment service for accepting and making payments; providers of computing infrastructure and artificial intelligence technologies - to perform the requested operations; messenger platforms (Telegram, MAX, VK) - for message delivery; Yandex LLC - for statistics of website visits using the Yandex Metrica service (section 6); Mobzio service (mobz.io) - to calculate payments for our advertising (see below). Identifying data is transmitted only when necessary for the relevant function.

To calculate how many payments our advertising brings in, for each plan payment, except for automatic renewals, the order number, amount, currency and plan are transmitted to the Mobzio service (mobz.io). If you came via our advertising link, the click identifier (section 6) is also transmitted: using it, Mobzio associates the order with the click on the link, about which it has technical data - time, link, browser. Name, e-mail, phone number, card details and names of Mobzio bots are not transferred.

Databases containing personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, when collected via the Internet, are located on the territory of the Russian Federation in cases and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (Article 18 of the Federal Law No. 152).

5. Rights of the subject of personal data

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, demand clarification, blocking or deletion of data, and withdraw consent to processing (unless this is contrary to the law and the contract). For inquiries: info@chbt.io.

The current version of the policy is available on the page chbt.io/privacy. If there are significant changes, we will notify users in available ways (on the website, by email or in your personal account).

6. Cookies and analytics

On the website chbt.io The web analytics service Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) operates. It uses cookies and collects anonymized technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referral source, pages viewed, time on site, clicks and scrolling. Webvisor is enabled - recording visitor actions on pages (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling), by which we find inconvenient places on the site. Correspondence in the chat window on the website is not included in the recordings: the chat window is hidden from Webvisor. The data is needed for visit statistics and site improvement and is processed by Yandex according to its privacy policy. In your personal account (app.chbt.io) Yandex Metrica is not used.

If you came through our advertising link, the page address contains a click identifier - a random transition number. We store it for 30 days in a cookie "chbt_mzcid" (on the website chbt.io and in your personal account), and when you register and proceed to payment, we write it into your account (when you proceed to payment, it will also be added to your invoice). The copy in the account is taken into account when paying 30 days from the date of registration; later the order goes to Mobzio without an identifier. What exactly Mobzio gets is in section 4.

When you first visit the site, you will see a notification about this. The “Refuse” button in the notification or the button below turns off both Yandex Metrica and the accounting of advertising transitions in this browser: the counter stops working, the “chbt_mzcid” cookie is deleted, new transitions are not remembered, and when you proceed to payment, the copy in your account is erased. Refusal to take into account advertising, the browser remembers the year (cookie “chbt_noad”). You can also disable cookies in your browser settings or set Yandex Metrics blocker.

A session cookie in your personal account is a login to your account: it is needed for the service to work and cannot be disabled.

7. Limitation of liability

This Policy applies only to the service ИП Морозов А.А.. When you go to third-party sites, even if they contain a link to our service or our service contains links to them, the processing of personal data is governed by the policies of the corresponding sites. ИП Морозов А.А. is not responsible for the privacy policies and content of other sites.
