Event registration bot: the guest list in “Contacts”
The guest list is collected in contacts. The reminder is a separate broadcast, not a hidden calendar.

The participant list is collected in “Contacts”
A “Message” with the announcement → a name “Data collection” → a phone or email “Data collection” with format validation → a “Message” confirming the spot. Add “Action → add tag” event:oct-12 — with it, the guest list of a specific event is filtered in “Contacts” in a second, and a CSV export gives you the door list. For several events — a separate tag for each, one flow.
Entry is a deep link from the announcement in a channel or on a website with a source tag, or the keyword “registration”. How to build tags so they don’t turn into a mess — in the article on tags as segmentation.
The reminder and what happens after the event
The template has no seat counter or calendar: the limit is controlled manually by the number of contacts with the tag. The reminder works in two ways. If registration happens 1–2 days before the event, the flow gets a “Pause” of the right length after the confirmation and a “Message” “See you tomorrow at 7 pm, address…”. If people register a week or more ahead — the “Broadcasts” section (Basic plan): the audience by the tag event:oct-12, a scheduled start on the morning of the event. More — broadcasts via a Telegram bot.
After the event, the same tag is the audience for a rating request (the “Review collection” template) and the announcement of the next event. The flow works in Telegram, MAX, VK and the website widget. Open the template in your account.
Frequently asked questions about the template
Can I limit the number of seats?
There is no automatic counter. Check the number of contacts with the event tag in “Contacts”, and when the seats run out, change the first message of the flow to “Registration is closed, we’ll add you to the waiting list” — the edit takes effect immediately.
How do I remind participants the day before?
If people register 1–2 days ahead — a “Pause” block in the flow and a message after it. If earlier — a broadcast by the event tag with a scheduled start in “Broadcasts”, available from the Basic plan.
