School bot: certificate requests, bell schedule and first-grade admission

What the template sets up

The trigger is the “/start command”. A greeting and a menu: “Order a certificate”, “Bell schedule”, “First-grade admission”, “Clubs and sports”, “Call a person”. Three topics answer with placeholder texts — replace them with your school’s timetable, a link to the admission page and the list of clubs. After an answer the bot asks “Any more questions?”; text typed instead of tapping a button gets the same question.

“Order a certificate”: the type by button — “Proof of enrollment” or “Other” (then the parent writes which one and what for), the student’s last and first name, the class. An “Action” adds the tag справка (“certificate”) and sends operators the notification “Certificate (type): student, class”. The parent sees the ready date and pick-up place — fill in your own.

For a public school

For official communication with parents we recommend MAX via the MAX for Business platform API, VK and the website chat to a public school: when providing public services and performing a state assignment, the law restricts the use of foreign messengers for transferring citizens’ personal data (Part 8 of Art. 10 of 149-FZ). If the school has an official VK community, the bot can be connected to it. The template works without AI and doesn’t send parents’ questions to any model. CHBT’s main servers and database are located in Russia (Moscow); Telegram messages pass through our node abroad. A bot created with this template works in “AI in Russia” mode from the start: if you add an AI agent later, Yandex models in Yandex Cloud will answer — Alice AI LLM Flash for 1 credit or YandexGPT 5.1 Pro for 3 — and foreign models are not used in this bot. The mode only restricts the choice of models and does not by itself guarantee that data processing complies with 152-FZ. It is switched on the “AI agents” page.

Who gets the requests

A flow notification reaches every operator of the bot. On the free plan there is one operator — the owner; the secretary and deputy head are invited in the “Access” section from the Basic plan — 650 ₽/month per bot. “Call a person” moves the conversation to Conversations, and the staff member replies in the same chat. Announcements are sent as broadcasts by tag from Basic, text only and only to those who have already written to the bot. Open the template in the dashboard.
