Custom chatbot development for business
Chatbots for business built for your task: bots for Telegram, MAX, VKontakte and your website, mini apps and AI assistants. Orders are handled by CHBT Studio — the team behind the CHBT builder. If the builder covers your task, we'll tell you right away.

What you can order
Bots for Telegram, MAX and VKontakte
Leads, bookings, sales, support and broadcasts to your own audience. The MAX bot works via the MAX for Business platform API; on VKontakte it replies on behalf of the community. What each channel can do on the CHBT platform is described on the Telegram, MAX and VKontakte pages.
Website chatbot
A chat window on your website: the bot answers first, then a staff member — in the same window. On the CHBT platform the widget is installed with one line of code on Tilda, WordPress, Bitrix or your own site. More on the website chat page.
Mini apps
Telegram Mini Apps, VK Mini Apps and MAX mini apps: a catalog with a cart, bookings, a questionnaire, a customer account — inside the messenger, with nothing to install. You can't build your own mini app in the CHBT builder, so it is always a separate development project.
AI bots for business
An AI consultant answers in its own words based on your materials — price list, terms, instructions — and hands complex questions over to a staff member. We choose the model for the task. If data must not leave Russia, we use Yandex models. How it works on the platform — on the AI agent page.
Integrations with your systems
CRM, YCLIENTS, payment desk, accounting system or your API: leads, bookings and payments get there without manual copying. The platform's ready-made connections — Bitrix24, Omnidesk, YCLIENTS, webhooks and API — are described in the integrations section.
Launch and support
After launch, the bot can stay on support — from 3,500 ₽ per month, with the CHBT builder plan for the bot already included. What support covers is written into the proposal before payment.
How to order development
-
1
Submit a request
In your CHBT account, describe the task in your own words: what the bot should do, where customers will talk to it, which systems to connect it to. Sign-up is free.
-
2
We discuss the task
We'll ask clarifying questions and suggest an option: build the bot on the CHBT platform or develop it separately. If the builder is enough, we'll say so.
-
3
Get a proposal
The proposal arrives in your account: the specification, what is and isn't included, and the price. Price and scope of work are agreed before payment.
-
4
Development and testing
After payment we build the bot to the agreed specification, test the flows and integrations, and let you test the bot yourself before launch. The order status is visible in your account.
-
5
Launch and support
We connect the bot to your channels and check it on live messages. Then — support from 3,500 ₽ per month, with the CHBT builder plan for the bot included.
Builder or custom development
Many tasks don't need custom development: menus, leads, bookings and knowledge-base answers are assembled in the builder from ready-made templates. Development is needed when the bot must do something the builder can't, or when you have no time to set it up yourself.
| Task | CHBT builder — you do it yourself | CHBT Studio — we do it |
|---|---|---|
| Menus, leads, online booking, broadcasts | Yes, there are ready-made templates | We'll set it up turnkey on the CHBT platform |
| AI answers from your knowledge base | Yes, AI agent — from the Basic plan | We'll build the knowledge base, check the answers, set up handover to staff |
| Staff reply in one window | “Conversations”: Telegram, MAX, VKontakte and website | We'll set up “Conversations” or connect the bot to your support system |
| Your own mini app | No | Yes: Telegram, VKontakte, MAX |
| Connection to a system without a ready-made integration | Via webhooks and “HTTP request” in a flow, if the system has an API | We'll write the connection for your system |
| Logic the editor blocks don't cover: calculations, customer account, roles | No | Yes |
| Cost | Plan 0, 650 or 1,290 ₽ per month per bot | Development from 18,000 ₽, support from 3,500 ₽ per month — the builder plan for the bot is included |
- Start with templates on the free plan with no card required, and order development when you hit the limits.
- A bot on the CHBT platform is edited in the flow editor: texts and buttons change without a programmer.
- A mini app or a bot written separately from the platform works outside the builder: it doesn't appear in CHBT “Channels” or plans.
What the price depends on
The lower limit is 18,000 ₽. There is no upper limit: it depends on the scope of work, and we state it in the proposal before payment. Here is what moves the price down and up.
| Factor | Closer to the lower limit | More expensive |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | The bot is built on the CHBT platform | The bot or mini app is written from scratch |
| Channels | One channel or one logic for all | Separate logic for each messenger |
| Interface | Buttons and messages in the chat | A mini app with its own screens and design |
| Integrations | Ready-made connections: Bitrix24, YCLIENTS, webhooks | A system without an open API, two-way data exchange |
| AI | Answers from a short knowledge base | A large volume of documents, search across them, actions based on the conversation |
| Payment | A link to your payment desk | Payment inside the mini app, receipts, refunds |
| Materials | Texts, price list and access are ready | We design the flows together from scratch |
- Support is a separate line: from 3,500 ₽ per month after launch, with the CHBT builder plan for the bot included in that amount.
- Ready texts, a price list and access to your systems at the start reduce the scope of work.

Channels: what to know before development
Each platform has its own rules, and no code can get around them. It's better to account for them in the specification than to discover them after launch.
| Channel | Who starts the conversation | What to consider |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram | The customer: a bot can't message someone who hasn't started it | Courses, consultations, access and files in Telegram bots and mini apps are sold only for Telegram Stars |
| MAX | The customer: a recipient appears for the bot once the person has opened the chat or written | The bot works via the MAX for Business platform API; MAX mini apps have their own connection rules |
| VKontakte | The customer writes to the community, and the community writes to those who allowed it to message them | The bot replies on behalf of the community. VK Mini Apps is a separate platform with its own publishing rules |
| Website | The visitor. The chat can offer help itself: after a delay, on scroll or when leaving the page | A contact is kept only if the visitor left a phone number or e-mail |
- An audience for broadcasts is built through entry points: tagged links, QR codes, code words. Why a bot can't write first — the PEER_ID_INVALID error explained.
- If your audience is split between messengers, read “MAX or Telegram: where to launch a bot”.
- Personal data: what the platform takes on and what remains with the bot owner — in the article “152-FZ and chatbots”.
What we don't do
The limits are clear before you launch.
- We don't name a final price before analyzing the task. First questions, then a proposal with the price and scope of work, and only then payment.
- We don't do broadcasts to purchased databases or bots that message people without their consent: platforms block bots for this, and advertising law requires the recipient's consent.
- We don't fake subscribers, reviews or views, and we don't take on tasks that break the law or platform rules.
- We don't write a bot from scratch if the builder covers the task: we'll suggest a template or build the bot on the CHBT platform — it's cheaper.

FAQ
How much does custom chatbot development cost?
From 18,000 ₽. We name the final amount after analyzing the task — in the proposal together with the scope of work, before payment. Mini apps with their own interface, integrations with systems without a ready API and AI over a large volume of documents cost more. Support is priced separately — from 3,500 ₽ per month, with the CHBT builder plan for the bot included in that amount.
How long does development take?
It depends on the scope of work and on how ready your texts, price list and access to your systems are. We don't promise deadlines without analyzing the task.
How is custom development different from the CHBT builder?
In the builder you assemble the bot yourself from ready-made blocks and pay for a plan: 0, 650 or 1,290 ₽ per month per bot. A custom bot is built by the CHBT Studio team — on the CHBT platform if the task fits it, or as separate development: for mini apps, non-standard logic and integrations without a ready-made connection.
Do you build Telegram Mini Apps and mini apps for MAX and VKontakte?
Yes, as separate development: you can't build your own mini app in the CHBT builder. A mini app opens inside the messenger with nothing to install: a catalog, bookings, a questionnaire, a customer account. The set of screens and the price are fixed in the specification before payment.
Can you build an AI bot so that data doesn't leave Russia?
Yes. An AI assistant can be built on Yandex models — requests are processed in Yandex Cloud. The CHBT platform has an “AI in Russia” mode for this: in it, AI agents answer only on Yandex models. The mode limits the choice of models, while compliance with 152-FZ remains the bot owner's task: policy, consents, notifying Roskomnadzor.
Do I pay the CHBT plan separately for a bot on support?
No. If the bot runs on the CHBT platform, the builder plan for it is included in support — from 3,500 ₽ per month. What else support covers is written into the proposal before payment.
Where do I submit a development request?
In your CHBT account: the proposal and order status are there too. Price and scope of work are agreed before payment. If you don't have an account, sign-up is free. More about the studio — at studio.chbt.io.
