Chatbot analytics: conversations, channels and recruitment funnel
Open the “Analytics” section and see how many messages clients wrote to the bot in 14 days, how many were answered by the bot, and how many by the operator, how many conversations are waiting for a response and from which channel they come. With an AI salesperson - also where buyers give up the selection.

What analytics can do
Messages by day
14-day chart: incoming messages from clients, bot responses along with AI responses, and operator responses. Hover over the bar and you will see the numbers for the day, and under the chart you will see this week versus last week.
Who is waiting for an answer
The “Conversations in 24 hours”, “Waiting for a response” and “Contacts” tiles are links: we saw in “Waiting for a response” three conversations transferred to the operator, and with one click opened them with a list in the “Conversations” section.
Which channel brings conversations
The “By Channels” block divides conversations over 30 days between Telegram, MAX, VKontakte and a widget on the site and shows the share of each. Conversations of a deleted channel do not disappear, but are marked “deleted”.
AI sales funnel
“Sales” tab: how many buyers started the selection, for how many the bot collected it, to whom it showed a card with the price and who switched to the site - in 7, 30 or 90 days, with a share from the beginning.
Where buyers drop picks
The “Where the selection ends” block shows at what stage the sessions stopped without a transition, and suggests what this usually means: for example, the card was shown, but the link was not followed - a question of price or trust.
Gaps in the directory
“Assortment problems” are considered to be offers for published products without a price, with unknown availability and with data older than 24 hours - something that prevents the bot from reaching the card. The “Catalogue” link leads to where they are updated.
How to read the report
-
1
Open the "Analytics" section
The “Analytics” item is in the side menu of the bot. On the “Overview” tab there are tiles and a “Messages by day” chart. There is no need to configure anything: the numbers are recalculated every time the page is opened.
-
2
Compare channels and weeks
Look at the “By Channels” block and the line under the chart: inboxes for the last 7 days versus the week before them. The “Mailouts” card will show how many messages were delivered by mailing lists over the entire period.
-
3
Switch to "Sales"
If the flow is an AI salesperson, select “7 days,” “30 days.” or "90 days." and see the blocks “Recruitment funnel” and “Where the selection ends.”
-
4
Fix what's stopping you
In the “Assortment Issues” block, click “Catalogue” and update prices and availability via “Import from File” or “Connections”. On “Overview” there is “Export contacts” to CSV with tags and “Open CRM”.
What the Overview Tab Shows
| The | What does he think? | Period |
|---|---|---|
| "Inbox in 14 days" | Client messages to the bot, changes to last week and mini-graph | 14 days |
| "Conversations in 24 hours" | Conversations in which something happened during the day | 24 hours |
| "Waiting for an answer" | Conversations that the operator is currently having | at the time of opening |
| “Contacts” | All contacts in the bot database | for all time |
| "Messages by day" | Incoming from clients, bot responses (together with AI) and operator responses | 14 days |
| "Through the Channels" | Conversations for each channel and channel share as a percentage | 30 days |
| “Mailmails” | How many messages were delivered by mailing lists? | for all time |
The periods on the Review tab are fixed: you cannot select your own dates. Newsletter messages are not included in the “Messages by day” schedule - there is a separate card for them. If clients have not written yet, instead of a schedule there will be a prompt to check the channel and script.
How is the recruitment funnel calculated?
The “Sales” tab does not count messages, but customer sessions—usually one conversation. The stages go like a ladder: “Started the selection” → “Collected the selection” → “Showed the offer” → “Moved to the site”, each has a share of “% of the beginning”.
Tiles above the funnel: “Consultations” - how many buyers have started recruiting; “Crossovers to the site” - clicks on links and separately the number of unique sessions, because re-opening a link is not a new buyer; “Clarifying questions”—in what percentage of consultations did the bot not have enough data and asked again; “Transferred to operator”—a share of the number of consultations.
Below the funnel - how many links to the product were issued during the period and how many of them are already out of date: using such a link, the buyer will see a request to update the selection, and not the old price. How the bot selects goods is described on the page AI salesperson.
Amounts, countries and fair account
“Offer amounts” show how much the bot quoted prices to buyers. Only the cards shown are counted and separately for each currency: clicking on the link of the same card does not increase the amount, and rubles, tenge and sums do not add up - there is no overall “total”.
This is not revenue. The purchase takes place on the site or in your store, and CHBT does not see it: the funnel ends with a click on the link.
- “By country” - sessions and events separately for Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
- Test runs from the editor are not included in the funnel; how many there were during the period is signed separately.
- Previewing a link in the messenger is not considered a transition: the card in the correspondence is drawn by a robot, not the buyer.
- Funnel events are stored for 90 days: once a day, older ones are deleted.
What analytics doesn't do
The limits are clear before you launch.
- Doesn’t see purchases and revenue: the funnel ends with a transition to the site, and “Offer amounts” are the prices of the cards shown. Orders with conversations are not matched.
- Doesn't count how many people completed each block of the script. To do this, set the “Add tag” action at key points and see the number of contacts with the tag in the “Contacts” section (the list shows up to 500) - more details in the article about tags.
- Does not divide conversations by QR tags, broadcasts and traffic sources. Bot launches via QR are visible separately - in the scan counter for each campaign in the “QR campaigns” section.
- Does not show operator metrics - first response time, employee workload - and message reading.
- Doesn’t upload the report and doesn’t allow you to select your dates: uploading is only “Export contacts” to CSV, there is no filter by country in the “Sales” tab.
- Does not connect to Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics: numbers are taken only from conversations, contacts, broadcasts, catalog and selection events within CHBT.
Available plans
The section is open on all Plans. The funnel on the “Sales” tab is filled when the AI salesperson is working: it is available from Basic, the default move on the model is one AI credit, on powerful models it is more expensive (150 credits per month on Basic, 500 on Business).

FAQ
Why is there no revenue in the “Sales” tab?
The buyer pays on the marketplace or in your online store, and these orders are not matched with the bot’s conversations. Therefore, the funnel ends with the “Go to the site” stage, and “Offer amounts” are the prices of the cards that the bot showed, separately by currency.
Can I choose my own period?
On the “Overview” tab - no: chart for 14 days, channels for 30 days, conversations for 24 hours. In the “Sales” tab - 7, 30 or 90 days, default is 30. Funnel events older than 90 days are not stored.
Are my test runs included in the statistics?
In the funnel on the “Sales” tab - no: runs are excluded from the editor, and their number for the period is signed separately. The link preview that the messenger draws is also not considered a transition.
How to calculate how many people reached the lead?
There are no counters for script blocks. Place the “Add tag” action at key points - for example, “left-phone” - and filter the “Contacts” section by it: the list shows up to 500 entries. For an accurate count and your own table, there is “Export contacts” to CSV along with tags.
Who on the team sees analytics?
Any project participant, including the operator. The “Review” and “Sales” tabs are regular links: the address of the desired tab can be saved as a bookmark or sent to a colleague on the project.
Are broadcasts counted?
The “Mailouts” card shows how many messages were delivered by mailing lists over the entire period, with the “All broadcasts” link. Mailing messages are not included in the “Messages by day” schedule. The newsletters themselves are available from the Basic plan.
Why is the Sales tab empty?
It is filled only with the work of the AI seller. Check that in the included flow there is an “AI seller” block, in the catalog there are published products with a price, and the bot has a Basic or Business plan and has AI credits left.
