What counts as a “bot”?
One project in the dashboard is one bot. The plan price is charged per active bot, not per action, message or MAU.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan is available forever without a card. You can also try one day of the Business plan without a card.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. Billing is monthly per bot, and an upgrade turns features on immediately.
What happens after 30 conversations on Free?
Conversations with people who already messaged the bot this month continue. Until the 1st of the month (or until you switch to a paid plan), new contacts get a single message saying the limit is reached, and their messages do not reach Conversations. Contacts you already collected stay with you.
How many credits does AI use?
It depends on the model you choose: simple models cost 1 credit per answer, powerful ones more, up to 7. 5 of the 10 models cost 1 credit per answer, including the defaults: Gemini 3 Flash for the AI agent and Gemini 3 Flash for the AI sales assistant. A sales assistant turn costs one price even if the model was called twice for the pick; clarifying questions about country and city are asked from a template at no charge; if the model fails to answer, no credits are charged. Building a flow with AI costs from 1 credit. Basic includes models up to 2 credits per answer, Business includes all of them.
Which plan includes the AI sales assistant?
Basic, at 650 ₽ per bot per month, with 150 AI credits; Business at 1290 ₽ has 500. The catalog and Wildberries, Ozon and store feed connections are available on every plan, including Free: set them up in advance and switch to Basic when the catalog is ready.
Is there an agency plan?
There is no separate Agency price yet. Multiple client projects run on paid plans, priced per bot.
