QR code for the insert: a buyer bot for Wildberries and Ozon
A QR insert in the parcel turns an anonymous marketplace buyer into your subscriber: the contact goes to CRM, the buyer gets support and instructions, and happy buyers are led to leave a review (unhappy ones are caught before a public review). You need a connected Telegram bot and a QR code from the “QR campaigns” section.
Suitable for: Ozon, Wildberries, Sellers, Brands, Product sellers
How it works
What you can customize

How a QR code from a parcel becomes a contact
In the “QR campaigns” section you create a campaign: a QR code with a deep link into your Telegram bot, with its own payload for each SKU or batch. QR campaigns don’t build a link for MAX yet. The code is printed on the insert. The buyer scans it → the “Deep link” trigger fires → the first block is “Action → add tag” src:wb or sku:1234 → a “Message” with a button menu: “Instructions”, “Warranty”, “Product question”, “Leave a review”.
The “Warranty” branch is a “Data collection” of the order number into a custom field and “Action → Deal in CRM”, so the request lives on the kanban board. “Product question” is the “Operator” block: the conversation goes to “Conversations” and the bot goes silent. “Leave a review” is a jump to the “Review collection” flow via a 3–5-day “Pause”, once the product has been tried: negative feedback is caught before the listing, and happy buyers are asked to write on the platform. The contact stays in “Contacts” — the marketplace buyer becomes your subscriber.
What comes from the marketplaces and what does not
In the “Marketplaces” section you connect Wildberries and Ozon with an API key. Every 10 minutes CHBT checks new orders and reviews (for Wildberries — also unanswered questions): the account shows their number, and the owner gets an email digest. With a Basic Wildberries key the platform returns orders no more than once every 3 hours, so the order summary lags. The bot doesn’t get the status of a specific order by number from the platform — the number from the “Warranty” branch goes to an operator, who replies to the buyer. The bot can’t reply to reviews or message the buyer inside the platform. Key categories and limits are on the Wildberries chatbot page.
Once the buyer is in the bot, they can also ask about another product: from the Basic plan, the AI seller picks it from your catalogue and shows a card with a link to the platform.
Limits: the “Message” block doesn’t send photos or instruction files in Telegram — only text, buttons and links, so instructions are given as a link to a page or a drive. QR needs a connected Telegram bot. The free plan (30 conversations a month) is enough for a trial batch; for a steady flow of parcels — Basic, 650 ₽/month per bot, with no conversation limit and broadcasts by sku:* tags. For repeat sales to the accumulated base — the breakdown of reactivation via a bot. Open the template in your account.
Frequently asked questions about the template
What to print on the insert besides the QR code?
One reason to scan: “Instructions and warranty — via QR” or “Product question — we reply in chat within 10 minutes”. Promising a gift for a review is not allowed — marketplace rules forbid it. The QR code is generated in the “QR campaigns” section with a unique tag per SKU.
Can a buyer check the order status in the bot?
Not by itself: CHBT does not request the order status by number from Ozon and Wildberries. The buyer sends the number in chat, the conversation goes to an operator, who replies from “Conversations”. If orders live in your system, you can send the number there with an “HTTP request” action and show the reply in the next message.
