Notices to residents via a bot: broadcast per building
The resident taps their building’s button — the bot sets the “объявления” and “дом-N” tags. You send a notice about a water outage, works or a meeting as a broadcast to the building tag: only that building’s residents get it, no spam for the rest. A broadcast can be scheduled for a date. The word “отписаться” (unsubscribe) removes the tags. Broadcasts — from the Basic plan, text only and only to subscribers.

Frequently asked questions about the template
How do I send a notice to one building only?
In Broadcasts choose the building tag, for example “дом-2” — only that building’s subscribers get the notice. The “объявления” tag means all subscribers.
Can I send advertising?
The template is for service notices: outages, works, meetings. Advertising needs separate broadcast consent — the “Broadcast consent” template.
How much does it cost?
Subscribing to notices works on any plan. Broadcasts — from the Basic plan, 650 ₽ per bot per month.
