About CHBT
CHBT is an AI chatbot builder for sales and support. In one dashboard you build the bot’s scenario, connect channels and talk to customers — no developer needed.
What CHBT is and who it is for
CHBT is built for marketplace sellers, online stores and businesses that take requests and bookings: beauty salons, clinics, schools and service companies. Examples by industry are in solutions; how to run bots for several clients is described on the for agencies page.
One scenario works in four channels: Telegram, MAX via the MAX for Business platform API, VK in community messages, and website chat. All channels are available on every plan, and their messages land in the shared Conversations inbox, where an operator can reply personally and hand the conversation back to the bot. Leads and contacts are collected in the CRM, and you can send broadcasts to your own audience. All tools are listed on the features page.
AI agent and AI sales assistant
The AI agent answers customers based on your business materials — terms, price list and answers to frequent questions. The AI sales assistant picks products from your catalog and shows cards with the price and a link to the product; the price and availability in a card are set by the server from the catalog, not by the model. When the bot can’t help, the conversation goes to an operator. AI is available starting from the Basic plan.
Who builds CHBT
CHBT is a Mobzio team project. The team has two more products: TapWay (tapway.me) — link-in-bio pages and mini-sites, and Mobzio (mobz.io) — deep links and marketplace order attribution. TapWay’s support chat runs on CHBT. With Mobzio smart links, the “View product” button in the bot opens the marketplace app instead of the browser — details on the product catalog page.

How to get started
Registration is free and needs no card. The Free plan costs 0 ₽ forever, with all channels and up to 30 conversations a month. Basic costs 650 ₽ per bot per month, with unlimited conversations, broadcasts, the AI agent and the AI sales assistant.
