Shared plan with TapWay
If a CHBT bot is connected to a TapWay page or store, you do not have to pay twice: paying for one service unlocks a plan in the other.
How the plans map

The 3-day Business trial in CHBT does not give a TapWay plan.
How to enable
- Connect the bot to TapWay: in the bot’s dashboard, open “TapWay” and issue a key; in TapWay, open the page → “Settings” → “CHBT chatbot and AI salesperson” and paste the key.
- That’s it. The services exchange subscription status on connection and once a day.
While the TapWay plan is active, the bot’s “Payment” section shows a notice “Basic plan via TapWay subscription” with the date.
What happens if…
- You also paid for a plan in CHBT. Your own plan applies; the TapWay plan turns on only if you have no paid plan of your own. Your own payment does not expire.
- The TapWay subscription ended or the bot was disconnected from TapWay. The TapWay plan stays for 3 more days, then the bot returns to its own plan or Free.
FAQ
Do I need to pay for anything separately?
No. One payment is enough: Business in TapWay or any paid plan in CHBT.
Can I get Business in CHBT through TapWay?
No: TapWay “Business” gives Basic in CHBT. If you need 500 AI credits and all models, pay for Business in CHBT, and TapWay will be on “Business” too.
