Open day: registration in a bot and a reminder the day before
The bot invites people to the open day and registers them: consent to data processing, name, who they are — a school student, college student or parent — programmes of interest and phone. Registrants get the “день-открытых-дверей” tag, staff get a notification. The day before, send a broadcast to the tag — it can be scheduled for a date (from the Basic plan). The list is in Contacts filtered by the tag and in the CSV export.

How do I remind people about the event?
In Broadcasts, from the Basic plan, schedule a broadcast for a date to the “день-открытых-дверей” tag. It goes as text only and only to registrants.
Where is the list of registrants?
In Contacts filtered by the “день-открытых-дверей” tag and in the CSV export; every registration also comes as a notification to staff.
