Doctor appointment via a bot without complaints in the chat
The patient picks a specialist, agrees to data processing, writes their full name, a convenient time and phone. A deal “Appointment: specialist — full name” appears in CRM, the administrator gets a notification, calls back and confirms the time. The bot does not ask about complaints or diagnosis: health data is a special category of personal data and does not belong in a chat. This is not a calendar: the administrator confirms the time.
Suitable for: Clinics, Dental clinics, Medical centres, Children’s outpatient clinics

Frequently asked questions about the template
Why does the bot not ask about complaints?
Health data is a special category of personal data. It is safer to collect it at the appointment rather than in a chat with a bot; the bot asks not to send complaints and test results to the chat.
Does the bot show the doctor’s free time?
No. This is neither a calendar nor an integration with a medical information system: the patient writes a convenient time, the administrator calls back and confirms.
Is consent needed?
Consent to personal data processing is asked in a separate message before the name and phone: on “No” no data is collected, the “согласие-пдн” tag is set only for those who tapped “Agree”, and “отозвать согласие” passes the request to a staff member. Put your organization name and a link to your policy into the message.
